Check them carefully upon move-in and report any additional problems in writing to Mariposa Management within 14 days of move-in. All requests for repairs are to be submitted to Mariposa Management. Never deduct anything from your rent without the written permission of Mariposa Management. You will not receive credit or payment for work performed without written authorization from Mariposa Management.
